I'm not using 1.5.5.1 so won't be upgrading this mod until I am (which won't be for a while).
Just check the vQmod error log and it should tell you what's wrong (unless something in the database has changed significantly).

Should work for 1.5.5.1 also. Now I did manual changes instead, but I did exactly the same changes as Phils VQmod-xml file does.
When running the SQL script the table name is most likely `oc_information_description` instead of `information_description`
