Automate Import/Export Extension

I have import/export extension installed on my Opencart site.

Everyday my import sheet is updated with live stock from my supplier.

I want my computer at home or host server to automatically upload the spreadsheet into my opencart site. How can I do this?

If it has to be done with the host server then I can run a task to upload the updated spreadsheet to the host server daily no problem. Guessing I would need to setup a cron job or something?

Anyone ever done this with import / export??

you can do that from cron to read off from your supplier's server

Thats what I thought, but how do I get the data into opencart?

My current setup is, everyday server pulls down stock feed from supplier, a macro does a vlookup to update my import/export sheet, then I manually upload into opencart. Was hoping to automate the uploading to opencart.

I know there is a much better way to do this, but with limited programming expierence....
