Border Colors

Does anyone know how to change the border color of the categories, brands, information, shopping cart and best sellers elements on the default template in 1.40? I've played around with style.css and can't seem to find the right spot to adjust the color. Here's a screen shot of the border style I'd like to change (instead of white):

i believe they are images u will have to recolor
