Actually, my boss is currently testing so he may have deactivated the SSL in System/Setting.
Yeah my bad, the website is all in French; that's on purpose. However, when SSL is activated, if you click on "Vous Connectez" it leads to the bogus path I mentioned earlier (http://chandelles-purelight.ca/://index.php/login). That's what we're trying to resolve right now.
If the SSL is disabled under System/Setting it works "normally" without the SSL.

Then SSL was off at the time. The http://chandelles-purelight.ca/://index.php/login never appeared, Firefox 23.0.1 went to the proper French log-in screen but http rather than https. However, the initial link in the sequence consistently gave unthemed English (no theme, not even default), not French that I expected to see there. I'll wait a few hours to look for a change.
