I'm looking for a shipping module that a customer can select and that we as company will send a box with label and a option for just sending a label, so the customer send it free to us.
Option 1: Customer will receive a box with label to send it to us back free of charge
Option 2: Customer will receive a label by mail and will send it with his own box free of charge
Hope there is a solution for this.
If you charge using a formula rate, it seems like you could just set up your shipping options appropriately. For example, if you had two shipping types (Regular and Express), you could use Formula-Based Shipping to create four options like this:
- Option 1: Regular Shipping + box with label
- Option 2: Express Shipping + box with label
- Option 3: Regular Shipping + label by mail
- Option 4: Express Shipping + label by mail
If you're using a live rate method like UPS or Fedex instead, then you could use Optional Fee/Discount to create a box where the customer could choose between the two label options.
- Option 1: Regular Shipping + box with label
- Option 2: Express Shipping + box with label
- Option 3: Regular Shipping + label by mail
- Option 4: Express Shipping + label by mail

We are not charing a customer. Customer will send their goods to us, they can do that free of charge. We will send a customer a box with a label that they can send us back free of charge, or they will receive a label by mail that they paste on their package so they can send it free of charge to us.

Ah, so you want an extension that actually automates the label, correct? I'm afraid I don't know of one that can do that, but you could try searching the extension store.
If you can't find one and no one else posts in this topic, you'll likely need to have something custom created for you. If you need to find a developer, I recommend you post a request in the OpenCart "Commercial Support" forum (forum.opencart.com/viewforum.php?f=88), which is checked by a number of OpenCart developers. You can also try checking out the OpenCart "Partners" area (www.opencart.com/index.php?route=partner/partner).
