I have installed a new instance of OC 1.5.5
I must state right now - i have repeated the installation 3 times!! just to be sure before I post here, that I have not made any mistakes.
SO:
oc v1.5.5
vqMod v2.4.1
vqmodmanagerv2.0.1oc1.5.x
I have done this so many times I don't see why this is going wrong!
Somehow VQMM can't access it's language file as a result of an array_merge ERROR!
The error log starts with:

The language file exists and has 644 permissions.
Attached is a snapshot of VQMM...
User group permission were set, even tried changing language file permissions but in vain.
Tried folder permissions, tried clearing vqmod cache, clearing mods.cache and what not...
Vqmanager was of course installed through Extensions->Modules!
Can any one help with this issue??
