i upload opencart1.5.6 (only upload files ) in folder in public_html zip file , than i unzziped it after that i rename two files config , after a compleatly install i uploaded zip file ( bulgarian language for 1.5.6 and unnziped and than i Win this and i cant use my domein corectly

how can i fix this can somebody help me ?
You uploaded even the /upload/ directory. Tell .htaccess [IF you renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess (simply DOThtaccess)] and both of the two config.php files that the store is in /upload/ . . .
[EDIT, ADDED:] When you afterward uploaded the bulgarian language, did you upload that into the same tree, into /upload/?

Could you tell us if you have an .htaccess file in your root? Could you show us the content? It's usually an .htaccess problem that causes this message you see.

You uploaded OC into the /upload/ directory on the server (you uploaded everything including /upload/). That much is given at the outset (in the error log), OC sits inside /upload/.
You will have two config.php files, /upload/config.php (for OC) and /upload/admin/config.php (for admin). You will have .htaccess if you renamed htaccess.txt to that, and it will be /upload/.htaccess (where OC sits). In all three files, the /upload/ directory should show as where OC itself actually sits.
The machine sees .htaccess (if present) first, then sees the lower config.php, then sees the admin config.php file. If there is no .htaccess file yet, don't worry about it right now, but make one as soon as you do see the shop (rename the file, as above).
IF you also uploaded your Bulgarian language into the /upload/ tree, then it should have landed where it belongs. IF you instead uploaded your Bulgarian language below (outside) the /upload/ tree, then it would not have landed where it belongs.
