I want to reset the downloads remaining in an Order. Tried the extension Order Download Reset. But it is not working. I thought this is basic feature and opencart should provide it by default :-)

just edit the download, and save it. Remember to tick the box to update the orders too

In the admin->catalog->download option we can set the number of downloads allowed.

But what we need is once the user exhausts the number of downloads allowed, how do we reset the downloads for that particular order.

What we do in Catalog->Download is for the product. This is applicable for all the new orders.

What my question is for download limit on a particular order, where in allowed number of downloads are exhausted. We cannot use Catalog->Download for this.

you will have to then go into phpmy admin and modify the order_download table for that order you wish to edit
