+ When adding an item to the top menu, you can select one of the 9 menu types:

> Category link (with dropdown if it has subcategories)

> Information link (easyly add an info link in header by selecting it)

> Information dropdown (adds a dropdown with all your information links)

> Custom link (easyly add a custom link in the top menu)

> Manufacturers dropdown

> +More dropdown (you can add a more dropdown with the top categories you cant fit in top bar)

> Products Dropdown (display dropdowns with general store: latest products / specials / bestsellers / featured)

> Category with products (Display a category as top link and a configurable number of latest products from within it in the dropdown)

> Login / Account Dropdown

+ You can display up to 3 levels of categories (top category with dropdown of subcategories and its sub-subcategories)

+ You can display the categories in dropdown as normal list or as images grid

+ You can add a banner with link for dropdown

+ You can easyly change the menu background color and links colors from admin

+ The dropdown banner is multilanguage

+ The custom link is multilanguage

+ The menu is integrated with hoverintent (you need to keep the mouse over a category at leas for a quarter of second before the dropdown slides down - its ver usefull because you can easyly pass the cursor over the menu without it allways dropping down)

Hi,

I've just bought your menu module and it works great.

I have one issue, however, which is the z-index of the drop down big div causes the product images to overlap. Would you please advise how to fix this?

Thanks

Andy

I am trying to figure out the order in which categories are displayed. I have added the More Dropdown option and selected all my top level categories. I've done this so all categories can appear in one menu item. If I choose Normal List it seems to display them alphabetically but first the categories with children and then the items with no children at the end. If I choose Grid with Images it's strictly alphabetical. It seems to be ignoring the sort order in categories completely. How can I get it to place the categories in Sort Order rather than these other orders (I want to use the Normal List option). Thanks.

It does not ignore sort order, displays by sort order, but on normal list the categories with children and the ones without are displayed separatly.

It does separate categories with children from ones without, I see that, but for the categories with children it displays them alphabetically (by name) rather than by the sort order. So I have Accessories, Bags, Clothing & Teamwear, Goal Keeping, Player Protection, Shoes, & Sticks in that order even though Sticks is set to 1 in sort order, accessories to 5, bags to 2 and clothing to 3, goal keeping is 4, shoes is 7 and player protection is 8. As I said it recognises these when display in a grid but not when displaying in a list. Is there something else that could be causing this? Thanks.

Please contact me on email, send me the file catalog/view/theme/yourtheme/template/module/supermenu.tpl , ill modify it and remove the separation between with and without child and then you should be able to sort them as you wish.

Hi,

I've just bought your module and it works really well, but how can I change the order of the menu items I have added?

Update to V2.1 - added double touch support for top items and flyout (on touch devices - first push opens the dropdown, second one goes to the url), couple of other fixes

Thought I'd start the ball rolling with using the forum!!!

Anyway to get the View All ...... clickable link to also be the same as the Menu Headings/Titles

I've noticed if I have nothing under a Title...I can click on it, but as soon as I put anything under it I get the View All and can't click on the top menu.

I'd like BOTH to take me to View All.

Cheers!

Hello,

For the view all thing, there is a setting in admin in the settings tab called link to top item, there select top item has link and save (the view all link in the dropdown was added instead of the top link so you can open the dropdown on touchscree, however then I added the double tap for touch but still kept that view all link as an option).

As for the image menu: The instructions are at the top of the instructions file under upgrade notices. Basically when it image menu mode, the dropdown banner image (that one you can set for each dropdown is used in top instead of displaying it in the dropdown). However if youd still want banner in the dropdown in image menu, you could still add it but by using html are with the positioning to banner space.

Thanks for the help.

About the View all.....when I select "top item has link" this removes the dropdown one.
Is there anyway to keep them both?
Just realised this would stop the functionality on a tablet......

Cheers,

Michael

Hello, my online store available at www.gaellesophie.com based on opencart 1.5.6.1 totally works well with French Super Menu, this is the error that appears:

Notice: Undefined variable: supermenu_settings in C: \ xampp \ htdocs \ opencart \ vqmod \ vqcache \ VQ2-catalog_view_theme_OPC070159_template_common_header.tpl on line 105

or this one

  Notice: Undefined variable: SuperMenu in C: \ xampp \ htdocs \ opencart \ vqmod \ vqcache \ VQ2-catalog_view_theme_OPC070159_template_common_header.tpl on line 172
