Receipt Page

The bank my client deals with requires a receipt page. I am using MijoShop to integrate OpenCart into the Joomla platform.

This is what the bank says it needs. "Desjardins absolutely requires that a receipt is displayed automatically on the page once a transaction is completed. The attached documentation must be used as reference in order to ensure that all mandatory items are displayed. Other items are not mandatory but are highly recommended in order to help dispute chargebacks, should they occur. This document was also sent when the test account was submitted. Please let us know if you have any questions."

I cannot find this information anywhere. Is there an extension I have to buy?

When a transaction is made, by default the user is directed to a page simply telling them the order has been registered and is being processed. You would need to search for an extension to show a receipt on screen.

The admin can send the customer an invoice through the admin panel.

Thank you Peter, but the bank is very clear on what they want. Desjardins is a national bank in Canada, and it is unlikely they will change this policy. A success page was part of the spec/requirements sheet. An invoice/receipt page was not.

They provided additional information this morning.

"Desjardins requires that a receipt be presented to the customer. The reason being that if they mistyped their email, they would not receive the receipt. Youc an still send the information in an email, but there must be a receipt."

If anyone has any ideas on an extension that creates this I'd be grateful if they'd post at link to it. I have not been able to find one. There are 111 invoice extensions, but none of them create a receipt/invoice page.

Just saw a new extension http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=13116 that might help. Might not have all the info you need on it, but if you contact the author of it, he could probably add more info.
