why is it when i release an extension it cannot be searched for via the extension name, it seems this has been going on for like 1 yr or more, ex search pdf catalog exactly how i spell it and you cannot find my extension even tho that is exactly the extension name. same for my newly released extension search phplist bridge you will see nothing exists. ive searched from multiple physical locations logged in/out makes no difference.
The searching is solely by tags, so if you do not add your extension name as a tag, it won't come up for that name. Location, logging in or out, etc. won't make a difference. The best you can do is try to optimize your tags by not using anything too generic, and playing around with some different combinations.
