currecy Euro Problem

Hello i'm using an opencart template it's the first time of using opencart as choise...
and it's very nice..
but i have a problem i set currency to Euro in settings but in firefox it shows US dollars and in chrome Euro
how can i fix it please??????

I do not have a solution. Just like to report exactly the same problem. On version 1.5.5.1.
I've deleted the cookie CURRENCY that contains USD cleaned the cache and as soon as I refresh the page in Firefox USD currency is set. Works OK in Chrome.

I like to add something......
Although I cleaned out the cookies, cache and whatsoever on my computer the problem remained.
I just tested in Firefox on a computer that I've never worked on with OpenCart (same IP) and there the Euro (my default currency) sign is shown correctly as default.
I have no idea why this is. As I mainly use Firefox and so are logging in on the backend in that browser there could some other cache active? But where?

I managed to get the problem to disappear.
What I did on Firefox was:
- logged out both my admin as my account user
- cleared all cookies (domain, session and path)
- cleared cash
- closed down Firefox
- restarted Firefox
And then the default currency is shown correctly. Pfew!
