PayPal works but shows as abandoned order?

I also si this problem with my page.

Without SEO activated was working fine. Then I activate SEO URLs (and .htaccess) and SEO Pack plugin and I get again the orders as missing orders.

So is something related with SEO URLs but I dont know what.

When I enter in the callback URL I see a 0.

Any idea?
