straight to cart, and options at Cart

Hey,

I am looking for a mod, that:

1 - sends customer straight to check out page
2 - compatible with completely one page check out
3 - and people can select options on the check out page.

the product is educational courses, delivered with CD, Online or Correspondance Options (and different prices)

I did see something in the extensions on here, but, for the life of me, I ca'nae find it again...

any help appreciated.
