Hope somebody can help with this one.
Just realised that 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' and 'Use Gift Voucher' options are not available in my shopping cart.
Anyone have any ideas please?

Gift voucher working now, just realised it had to be enabled in Admin > Extensions > Order totals.
So only 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' not working.

Ignore this guys, sorry. Just found Admin > Extensions > Order totals > Shipping > Shipping estimator > Enabled and now working
