Missing option on order

Sometimes, like maybe every 20 orders, an order shows up without the option set, even though every product has option available. OpenCart puts the order through, but the size option is missing from the confirmation and it's not in the paypal or Auth.net confirmation either. It does not happen to the same product, it's always random.

Any thoughts?

I assume you are not using 1.4.9.5?

I have the same issue but for 1.5.4. It randomly has missing sizes in the orders. Will this patch work for 1.5.4?

I'm having same issue as bobstrupp in 1.5.4.1. Is anyone aware of a bug, issue or fix? Thanks.
