Minimum 5 items order

I'm setting up a shop for downloads only, where each download will only cost a pound, so the paypal charge would be a large chunk of the price.

Is there any way I can set a minimum of 5 items in order to checkout? i.e. if users try to checkout with less than 5 items in the basket they get an error saying minimum is 5 items?
