Hi guys, I met a problem about email reply: we want direct reply our customer's order email that means when buyer completed his order we will got confirmation email from opencart, but we can't reply this email( because this email come from our sales email), so, please help me solve this problem.
Current version 1.5.4
if we can under confirmation email reply our customer it will be more effective.

I think you can use this instruction to email a customer directly
Log into your OpenCart Dashboard
Go to Sales > Mail
The mail screen will appear. Fill in the fields by choosing the appropriate sender (From:), whether you’re sending this email to all customers, specific customer groups or only newsletter subscribers (To:), the subject (What the email is about), and the message (the actual email).
Click “Send”
