Extension out there whit those features?

Hi there sorry for my english but hope that my explanation is enought, i need a small change in my opencart and hope for some help, i have a online store, and the store dont have stock number, reasons i cannot explain, because the answers i dont have, so bascially when the client make a order he may not have this product available, so i need is something like this:

The client add producs, he makes the checkout normally, but when he receives the email order, instead he receiving already the order and details to pay he receives other email instead of this one that says that his order will be check for prodcuts availability and he will receive another email in a moment.

Now the part of the administration, in the administration i receive the order, but i need the avaibility to see the details of the order, and see if there are products that arent available and if there isnt i can check them whit a checkbox, that i will submit this details page and than the client receives a email whit the payment and order information, but in the information it neads to show a section above that says for example:

"Producst that arent available"
- product 1
- product 2
...

The checkboxes are to select the products that arent available

Is there any extension whit this kind of features?

wait, i see i can edit the order, but can when i remove the products in the order it is possible me to send a email to the user of a new order and the products that i dont have?

yes, i see, but it is possibble to remove one product and update the total price in the new order? and show above the product that isnt available?
