Development Needed - Multiple stock levels

We've had a good search around the available extensions and can't find anything that will work for this mod so we're looking to have it custom developed.

We have 2 separate store locations and we want to be able to show customers what stock levels are available at each location. Many of the same items are duplicated between locations so we're unable to use the built in 'location' field within Opencart. I think what we'll need is to have 2 separate quantity fields setup for each product (one for each location) and then have these visible to customers on the website. ie.

Availability: 3
Main Store: 2
Online Only: 1

In addition to this, for one of the locations we need to be able to disable the 'Pickup from Store' option within Opencart. As one of the locations is a warehouse we don't want to offer this facility for items that are only available from there.
