I want to add more than a shop on the same domain!
Example:

You can add as many shops as your hosting gives you space.
if you want 2 different shops, just upload a new copy of oc to your subdir, create a database and install.
you can also use multishops (see provided link earlier topic) and you can run more shops from single databse making mantaining shops more easy.

in manual it is called subdomain, but works the same when you put it in a different folder.

you mean from the same shop admin in your main store or same control panel from your hosting ?

what is the purpose of that shop.
is it the same product as your first shop, or completely different as in looks, product etc.
if it is completely different then just create a new folder with name of your choice.
upload a new copy of opencart in it.
create a new database.
install opencart en there is a new shop
