Dark template for 1.33

I installed the DARK Template designed for 1.33 into my 1.34 and it worked great accept for ....

... the Payment module Authorize.net wouldn't continue past the "checkout confirmation page".

I'm not sure if tanyone else has had this issue. Perhaps the auther of that script can fix this issue.
That would be great. I really like that template.

Perhaps the problem is that the dark template doesn't have an authorizenet_aim.tpl file.
IF you switch back to the default template, do you see the continue button?

I switched to the default and it worked fine. Where would I find this auth.net aim file ?
