CSV Import PRO: No image import

I am unable to load the remote images from my suppliers CSV file. I have watched many videos, tutorials, and to my understanding I am doing everything as recommend. I tried to even host the images on my local server and still was unable to pull in the image. Currently my settings are: OpenCart 1.5.5.1 with CSV Import Pro.

The image field is mapped to the image URL, which is something like http://domain.name/images/product/productName.jpg.

In Step 3 of CSV Import PRO, I am removing the pre text as follows: http://domain.name/images/products/

In the Image Prepend Text, I am doing data/StoreName

What I noticed is there is a file name created in the data/StoreName folder named productName.jpg, but it is an invalid JPG, what am I doing wrong?

for instance, if your product images like: sku001.jpg which put in domain.com/image/product/sku001.jpg,

then you need fill "/product/sku001.jpg" in your csv image row.
