I'm from Vietnam , and i don't understand why admin here always restrict my bussiness, my country

i do it for my bussiness and sale extension,module myself same 100% opencart.com site running. I think i can do it , because i'm a Web Devloper ,too . I usually develop Joomla site, OpenCart site , a little Wordpress
I have ever asked about this module but admins here don't share or sale , so i decide to make myself . anyone have ever seen a module similar this module
?any recommendation and discuss about this module ?
