Japanese Address Format

Hi, I am using 1.5.5.1 and have installed the Japanese Language Pack, but am wondering how I can change the order of the address fields on the account registration page. I would like to for example bring the country pull down menu (and the prefecture if necessary) to the top of the address registration form, followed by the zip code, etc. Please let me know how I can make these adjustments. Thanks!
