Different User Group Per Store

Hi

Is it possible to only allow user that register on a specific store for their user account to just work on that one store?

I have a main site but I want to set up a trade site also but I dont want users that use the main site to be able to log into the trade site that im using unless I change their user group or approve them.

Im running 1.5.1.3
