I need some help to modify image in the homepage, how to change it to 3-4 frames movie. where I can find the source file of the code and modify it? how can I do that?

You can edit the slideshow in your admin > extensions > slideshow.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
He's also using the Nivo Image Slider hence the:
So unless you update the .js that runs the slider I don't think there is another way to get the slices or timing (whatever it is you're asking as the slider that I know of isn't flash and frames 3-4 doesn't make too much sense).
