honestly, i would invest in a graphic designer to re do the logo and your banner ads, if they looked more profesional, clean and modern it would give the site more credibility.

usability of the site is great so i would just work on that

Agree you should look at re-doing the logo - the wording looks a bit squashed in and is touching the images so this needs a re-think - me thinks!

I would consider changing the colour of the price font as this should capture the eye more.

I would also consider adding some background colour or texture and maybe even some photos of models wearing the piercings. Perhaps ask some of your customers to send in photos (keeping it clean obviously) if you are unable to pay for modelling shots.
