Fatal error: Class 'Modeldesignbanner' not found in /var/www

This is happening when trying to adjust a banner ( System / Design / Banners) after installing a template from template monster. They werent any help at all as you can imagine. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Try to reupload banner.php
in admin/model/design and in catalog/model/design

Same thing except the files are /catalog/controller/module/banner.php and /admin/controller/module/banner.php.
