Error in logs "Class 'Registry' not found"

Hello! Please help me.
I have such error in error.log:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'Registry' not found in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/123361/webspace/httpdocs/index.php on line 31, referer: http://prb.kz/
How can I fix it? I have 1.5.3.1 opencart

I recommend looking at the config.php documentation here:

I had the same problem and found that the issue was that I had forgotten to edit the admin/config.php file with my server information.
