Updated price for mulitple options

Hi all,

I am setting up a store to sell paintings. I have the same paintings in different sizes but don't want to have all the sizes listed on products page. I would like to just have the one product and then give th eoption for different sizes which will have an additional cost. I would then also like to add a framing option that would also have a different charge depending on the size that is chosen. Is there an extension that will do this for me with updates on the order price?
