hi my site is just for digital downloads but when a client buys they do not get the download sent after payment i have uploaded the files to the admin ok but still does not work
Is any email being sent at all>? Have you tried updating order history to see if it sends to that email? Or perhaps try sending a basic email from the admin to yourself. It is possible that php mail is not working correctly on your server. Are you using SMTP? Give us some details yeah? Also what version of OC are you using.
