When you go to orders, check the MISSING ORDERS under the status drop down > FILTER.
They will show up under that filter.
Your orders are sending back a 0 status ID meaning that something is not right with your pay pal settings.

This generally happens if you are:
- password protecting your website using a .htaccess/.htpasswd method
- testing locally
Basically paypal needs to access your server to send the IPN. If you're doing either of the above, then it can't. If both the above don't apply, then this can sometimes be due to paypal sandbox being slow (if you're using that rather than live PP)

im just trying to rule out stuff , did you by any chance create your site and then move it up or down a folder on your host ?..
from what ive worked out so far , its to do with the info that barclays or paypal in your case send back to our sites just after the completed sale , this info tells our databases on our site to deduct the item and record it in our opencart back end,

Also having the issue with PayPal. I recently upgraded to 1.5.4 and I've had so many issues. It's a nightmare and every time I try to get help whether it's from my hosting provider or OC, I'm told that the problem is on the other end or that I should contact the other. Not only are my orders showing up missing, they are being cancelled. I don't have any transactions showing up in my Paypal account or authorize.net.
Well guys have you checked for MISSING ORDERS (filter)? Perhaps they are sitting there which would mean they did get sent but their status is not what it should be probably due to transaction issues.
SALES>ORDERS..Choose missing orders in STATUS DROP DOWN, filter

Just an Idea But when I had my problem the author of the module had a look and said that the host for my site was filtering some info coming back from barclays, after the sale ,So it maybe worth having a quick word with your host's to rule this problem out ...just explain to them that whats happening , I found my host support did help

Well, the missing status will come up if the status coming back from PAY PAL is not complete. Are these payments verified completed in Pay Pal? Or, the missing status will come up if the order is ABANDONED before going to pay pal.jmagro wrote:Yes, that's the problem. They shouldn't be "missing" they should be pending. All of my settings in the payment modules are correct. I've tried all suggested fixes that I've found but nothing seems to be working.
Just upgraded a site to 1.5.4 and also the orders are not showing nor in the missing filter. No admin email either. Using authorize.net and order goes through & client gets the email, just not the admin nor logged in the site db??
