Multi vendor ext?

Is there a good extension(s) for this functions that I need:

*multi vendor login - each vendor can add products but can not see or edit other products.

*when products is purchased - automatic email to all the concerned vendors. The order with all products (also other vendors products included) have to be sent to the vendor. If a vendor not have sold anything in an order the email is not sent to that vendor.
