Can't find the option "approve new customers"

version 1.5.3.1 - Can't find the option "Approve New Customers:" under setting-option-account.

Where can I find it ? Thanks!!

I can't seem to find it either. Perhaps you'd be better off putting it in the official bug thread for a definitive answer :)
