How do I manually clear cache?

Open up the System folder, in there is the Cache folder. Delete all files in the cache folder.

You may want to delete all cached files in your browser too.

If you want to clear the the recent data, then these are the steps:

Tools>Clear Recent History>Check on "Cache".

I think I have the same problem in my website. The products are disappearing from shopping cart.

How did you fixed it? I have the same problem that products are not appearing in the shopping basket. For example with this product: http://fraichemaaltijden.mijnbackyard.nl/Rode-kool
I get the message that its successful added, but i never appears in the basket. Any ideas?

There is NO folder called "cache" in the system directory!!!!!

Hi there,

If you are using other than 3.X version then the cache folder is in : System > storage > cache

If its a 3.X version then got to storage folder whereever you have moved that then inside that folder there is a cache folder.

Clear cache folder data & reload your store page.
