Sell Membership Package using opencart

Hi,

I want to sell "Football Club Membership Packages" for our football club website, Was not sure is it possible with open cart?

Cant see why you cant add your "Football Club Membership Packages" as products as if they were actual items, use the description to explain what the pakage(s) entail and when someone purchases one instead of sending out an item, perhaps you could sent out a membership certificate???
If you wanted you could paly around with the code and use the "download" type of sale (for example may be normally for ebooks etc) and have opencart actually allow them to download and print their membership certificate customised with their name on it????
