Does anyone know how popular OpenCart is?

It's massively popular with **me** but I wondered how many installs there were worldwide / how many active stores? This is of no importance whatsoever, just me pondering.... ;-)

we should really add a reporting mechanism (with option to opt-out) to the core. That would give us some figures

@Qphoria Agreed. Perhaps such a mechanism could also double as an alert-trigger in Admin, to let the site owner know of any newly released OC security fixes, updates etc.

That should add to the opt-in rate. ;-)

That is already planned so yea we could make it dual purposed

Great. Talking of 'planned', do you know of a thread that lists future features / somewhere we can suggest things or vote on proposed changes?
