remove product no from category fatal error

I have been searching on ways to remove product number from category
Upon advice from the opencart community i went to use a vqmod to remove it http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... order=DESC
it was working fine yesterday

but i got this message today and my whole website was down

Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Only 0 of 3184 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space in /home/cyan/public_html/vqmod/vqmod.php on line 499

Fatal error: Class 'Registry' not found in /home/cyan/public_html/index.php on line 31

any ideas how to solve this?

I'm not sure with regards to that extension, but my Increase Page Speed module will do this as one of it's features. Just thought I'd mention it
