Hi Guys,
Im in need of a extension that will allow me to ad an option at the checkout stage (postage) to offer insurance, the insurance must be able to calculate the total cost of of the cart and add the insurance cost to it. I also need to make a static option for registered service.
ie:
Cart Total: $300.00
Optional Insurance : $ 3.00 (calculated at 10% at the rear of the store for the total of the cart) (OPTION)
Registered: $ 3.10 (OPTION)
Postage Costs $ 12.00
Total: $ 318.10
Can any one recommend an extension that will do this for me ?
here is a module that adds insurance rates as flat amount or percentage

i do not see a module for adding registered fee but the author may be able to add it to this one easily and fairly cheap. you can contact them and ask

(((if that is the only change you made try deleting the files for that mod using ftp. if that resolves the issue try contacting the author.

you backup your site before installing new mods? did the mod replace any files or were they all new files?
