Does anyone know how to add an "Invoice/Account" payment option so shoppers who I have setup an account with can select this option?

This might be what you're looking for. I use it for account customers by changing the language file's contents to more appropriate wording such as "On Account". It works well because you can create a customer group and call it something like "Account" then assign that group to this extension... and then it will only appear in the checkout for customers that you've assigned to that accounts group - whereas default customers won't ever see it.

Looks like link isn't showing properly. If you go to the extensions section and search for "bill me" you can find it.

Found the setting in admin but cannot run Biilme on my version of Opencart 1.5.1.3....but did seem perfect.
