user permission problem

hi guys, I've accidently logged in as the wrong user and change user group permissions - thus locking me out of a setting i need to change. Is there a way to change this back from phpmyadmin? I found the User_Group and User tables but not sure what to change in them or if these are the right mysql parts to edit? thanks for your help

Sure, open up the user_group table and find the top administrator. Go to edit and paste this over the current permissions.
It will look like a bunch of mess. It's the default Open Cart top administrator permissions for 1.5.2.1 Be sure to paste ALL of this code or you will throw error.
