How do I remove terms and conditions and Privacy Policy?

Since I'm going to use open cart as a catalog I have no need for them so I want them removed from the front page, how do you do that?

Administration>Catalog>Information> click edit for either terms or privacy then Data tab>Status>disabled>Save
