Custom Field on Checkout Page

I would like to have a drop-down box (possibly between the coupon & cc# sections of the checkout page) where people can select how they heard of us. Whether it's Google, word of mouth, etc....basically your typical referred-by field.

Any ideas on making this happen?

Put your dropdown in the checkout/confirm.tpl file.
