not affecting me but if you google the 'http://user-agent-string.info/rpc/get_d ... =ini&ver=y' there is a whole bunch of opencart sites with this problem....

Guess it must be part of an extension perhaps and the fact that the http://user-agent-string.info/ website is down.

Yes but when you install a clean opencart you dont have this UASparser.php file so i think its a someone module who use this file so now need try to fine it !!!

On the basis that it is refering to 'user-agent-string' I guess that it is a tracking type of extension. I suggest disabling it for the time being until that website is back up and running.

I would assume that his part of the error line: key=free&format=ini&ver=y) points in the direction of the extension, that is causing the error.

Visitor Tracker/ Google maps? reCAPTCHA?

I just waited. I don't see the error message any more, so it was definitely caused by one of my extensions.

Okay thanx. I'm using that extension too. Haven you ever seen this error message in your log (probably caused by Visitor Tracker):
Error: MySQL server has gone away<br />Error No: 2006<br />SELECT * FROM vtracker_excluded in /home/xxxx/public_html/system/database/mysql.php on line 49

If so, were you able to resolve it?

I had the same problem with v.1.5.1.3

I disabled the vtracker.xml and the error messages disappeared. The problem is definitely due to http://user-agent-string.info/ being down.

will have to keep checking back until it is back again - or alter the UASparser.php to check if site is available before running that part of the script.

Is this related to the Google map inside Vtracker?

I haven't had time to dig into the code, so I do not know. I need a way round it though, so, I will find a way round it when I have time - unless someone beats me to it :-)

All:

The problem is the attempted download of the database file for detecting bots, operating systems, and OS for Visitor Tracker. The problem has been resolved with the latest version by removing the need to download the database from this site. I will be providing the updates for the database site. If you want the new version, please email me at develop@justimagine-crafts.com to get the latest version as I am no longer selling my extensions on the Opencart website. I think the "mysql has gone away" error is related to this as it appeared to be timing out due to the length of time it was taking for the attempted download. When emailing me, please include your version of Opencart and the name used when purchasing the extension from the Opencart website.
