Fraud Spotter & phone verification

This thread is dedicated to post updates on FraudSpotter and Phone verification modules.

Current FS and PV are on 1.0.5 version and support OC 1.5.1.3.

Salient feautres :

1. Spot the fraud at runtime.
2. Choose custom parameter to identify the fraud.
3. Choose combination of criterion to identify the fraud.
4. Specify custom comments for blocked orders.
5. Choose status for the orders identified as fraudulent.
6. Auto detection of Phone Verification and other supporting packages.
7. Enable/disable support pacakges from the admin panel.

I have installed FraudSpotter 1.0.4.5. Things are working fine with FS but am facing problem in getting Phone verification working. Getting 'Some Error' during checkout phase 6.

Please help.

Thanks for installing FraudSpotter and happy to know that it is working fine.
Yes, there was some issue with Phone verification in 1.0.4.5 in which during checkout was getting blocked due to an error. But that had to do with Json encoding issue, which we have fixed in 1.0.5.

Thanks for replying so fast.

But going back to the issues, how do I continue with my store ? This checkout process is not allowing me to continue.
Now I am stuck. My admin guy will not be there today, I don't want to loose todays business..

You can choose not to enable phone verification from FraudSpotter's admin panel.
Please login with your admin account ( if you don't have details, call you your admin guy ) .

Then in modules check for FraudSpotter. Click on Edit. You will see Phone verification section ( This appears if and only if you have installed Phone verification). Just disable to checkbox for now until your admin guy comes and installs the latest version of FS and PV.

Just disabled the phone verification and now there is no step for phone verification during checkout process..

Is this extension still being worked worked on... Just purchased it and it fails to work with OC v1.5.4.1

Fraud Spotter now supports both vqMod and nonVqMod based extensions.

Latest one ( given below ) supports OC version 1.5.6
