im not certain whether it will be a feature soon... but it is possible to add fields yourself by modifying the code... and you can change the look with your tpl & css files...

I don't think Daniel has any plans to make a contact page with editable fields, but I have a Form Builder extension that allows you to do this, and have the form results e-mailed to you.
I'm not a webdev person but I can sure follow tutorials. I can change the complete page with custom HTML and added java scripts and remove the contact.tpl page. So far I'm mixing the cart with php and tpl pages. In a few days my home page will be a index.php or a .html like wise contact, terms and about us.
I really dont know why people still use the normal contact form.
Ticket Support has proven to be the best way keeping in touch with thousands of requests daily.
The customer fills in a support ticket, and the admin can see all the open tickets, worked on tickets, solved tickets ... as well you can always keep track of ALL the conversation you had with your customer.
I have embed "hesk.com" ticket support into my OpenCart and it is for free and has as well Multi Language, as well Attachements, fields ect...
Warm regards,
Arames T.
