Opencart / MobiCart integration (mobile commerce add-on)

I've asked the OpenCart dev who is building the plugin to come online and post and update.

I've been told the release is just around the corner so hopefully not long left to wait.

@coen1234 and everyone else interested in the extension: yes, the beta release is just around the corner.

Currently the beta supports only initial importing of products from your OpenCart store to MobiCart. I wanted to release this in the end of the past week but had to overcome some script execution time limitations.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Rumen has had to pull out from the OpenCart /MobiCart project.

However, another developer has contacted me who is interested in taking the project over with an aim to release the module in the next 6 weeks.

Hi all,

So we will be heading up the OpenCart -> MobiCart development after speaking with Wladimir over at MobiCart.

The project will be officially starting on May 1st and is aimed to be completed before the 31st May.

Some of you may have seen our mods (and we hope used them too!), we're well experienced with API integrations and the OpenCart framework so the end product will be great.

At some point very soon we will be creating a uservoice domain so that we can get any suggestions from users and popular suggestions can be voted higher. We will also create a mailing list specific to our MobiCart work.

A basic version of the module is now live:

The module allows for data import and will soon also allow for pushing stock levels back to OpenCart.

Hi everyone,

We have a new OpenCart connector for MobiCart which is now live. The new connector will not only import all your products, it will also push back orders from MobiCart to OpenCart.

I was also wondering if a forum admin could possibly close this topic as it's quite old and has some outdated information.
