tax rates

I've been trying to figure out what to put in for the tax rate for North Carolina in the US. Our tax percent is 7.5, I tried that and it doesn't add enough tax. is there a conversion rate that I need to use?

That is the correct number. Be sure first that you have your currencies set up correctly with USD at 1.0000
