Change layout for the compare page: From home to category.

Okey the heading says it all. I wan't to change the compare, search pages to have the layout of the category layout. Now they have the category of home. This is quite annoying because of the flash image i have at the home site.

How do i change it?
Suggestion are more than welcome!

By default the search and category pages don't have a layout so you must have done something to cause your problem.

Not knowing what it is that you have done makes it a little difficult to help.

By 'category layout' I can only guess that mean the modules that you have on the category page. If that is the case then you need to define the layouts for the compare and search pages and then you will be able to add modules to them.

Did you manage to sort this?

I have got the same problem with my search results displaying with the layout of the homepage?

For some reason i had <?php echo $content_top; ?> included within my search product search template. I colud have sworn that wasn't there before.

Any answers to this?

I want to use the compare page, but it´s full of modules from the Home-layout.
How can I change this?
